We chose luxurious dupioni silk tablcloths that added texture and richness to the tables, and complemented the floral arrangements, which were carefully curated to reflect the bride’s vision.
The floral designs featured a blend of soft lavender blooms and romantic accents, creating a sophisticated color palette that exuded both refinement and warmth. The overall ambiance of the venue was timeless, with every detail meticulously thought out to capture the couple’s unique love story.

One of the most unforgettable elements of Yasi and Nihad’s wedding was their Persian Sofreh. Traditionally a central part of Persian weddings, we wanted to bring a modern flair to this beautiful ritual. The Sofreh was elevated on a sleek glass platform and artfully layered with lavender-toned elements, combining the classic with the contemporary. The result was a Sofreh that was as visually stunning as it was meaningful, beautifully reflecting the couple’s heritage and their modern style.

This moment marked the beginning of their next chapter, and when it came time to plan their San Francisco wedding, they knew they wanted a celebration that was as extraordinary as their story.
A Historic Venue with Timeless Charm: Bently Reserve
For their big day, Sahar and Naveed chose the stunning Bently Reserve in San Francisco—a venue that perfectly blends classic elegance with contemporary style. Built in the Roaring 20s, this historic landmark offers an unparalleled atmosphere for a luxurious wedding. Its grand architecture, combined with modern amenities, made it the perfect choice for a couple wanting to marry timeless sophistication with a touch of glamour.
Designing a Glamorous Wedding Celebration
From the very beginning, the couple envisioned a wedding that would be both elegant and opulent. Our team worked closely with Sahar and Naveed to create a design that reflected their style and the grandeur of the venue.
We chose a glamorous color palette of gold and white to infuse the space with luxury. The reception featured white lacquered king’s tables as the centerpiece, surrounded by square linen-covered tables that added a modern touch to the classic design. A stunning custom candle wall was created to add a soft, romantic glow, enhancing the dramatic ambiance of the reception hall.
The design was meant to be spectacular, with every detail carefully thought out to reflect the couple’s vision of a grand celebration. The result? A breathtaking atmosphere that left guests in awe throughout the evening.

Ariana & Nima’s Dream Celebration
Ariana and Nima’s love story began years ago in college, and although life led them down different paths for a time, their love only grew stronger. When the time came to plan their wedding, they envisioned a grand, unforgettable celebration, and they found the perfect setting at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco—a venue that exudes timeless elegance and majesty.
From the start, the couple knew they wanted their wedding to feel like a fairy tale. The Palace Hotel’s stunning architecture, combined with its luxurious atmosphere, provided the ideal backdrop for their storybook wedding.
Creating a Garden-Like Ceremony Indoors
Ariana’s original vision for her ceremony was an outdoor setting surrounded by lush greenery, but as The Palace Hotel didn’t offer an outdoor space for the ceremony, we knew we had to bring the beauty of the outdoors inside. The breathtaking Sunset Court with its iconic glass ceiling was the perfect choice. To bring the garden feel to life, we collaborated with a skilled florist to handpick greenery and create an airy, open atmosphere that made guests feel as though they were in a blooming garden.
Ariana and Nima’s Baha’i wedding ceremony was deeply meaningful and personal. Performed by a dear friend of the couple, the ceremony included beautiful readings from family and friends, creating a heartfelt and intimate atmosphere. The couple’s faith played a significant role in shaping their ceremony, and the love and connection shared by all was palpable throughout the day.
An Elegant Reception at The Grand Ballroom
After the ceremony, guests were directed to the elegant Gold Ballroom for cocktails and appetizers. Here, guests were treated to the sounds of a live string quartet and the opportunity to take photos by the room’s magnificent fireplace—an enchanting spot for mingling and capturing memories.
As guests entered the Grand Ballroom for the reception, they were greeted with an unforgettable sight. The room was bathed in the soft glow of hundreds of candles, and the air was filled with the sweet fragrance of gardenias. The décor was nothing short of magical, with two stunning swan sculptures created entirely from orchids, roses, and gardenias, standing as the centerpiece of the room. These floral masterpieces added a romantic and whimsical touch to the evening’s festivities.
A Memorable Wedding Feast and Sweet Delights
The reception was a visual and sensory delight, with every detail carefully curated. The bride and groom’s grand entrance was made even more special with a carpet of rose petals scattered at their feet, making for a breathtaking moment and memorable photographs.
For dessert, a sweet table featuring a beautiful mix of Persian and French patisseries was served on elegant crystal pedestals. The combination of flavors from the couple’s cultural heritage and French delicacies was a true crowd-pleaser.
Dinner was an exquisite feast of Persian cuisine, prepared to perfection and enjoyed by all. The guests were treated to a culinary experience that perfectly complemented the elegant atmosphere

When I had the privilege of meeting Yasi and her family, it was immediately clear that a rich family legacy of tradition, class, and refinement had been passed down through the generations. Their wedding, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Livermore’s wine country, was a seamless blend of old-world elegance and contemporary sophistication. The venue, Wente Vineyards, located in the heart of California’s Livermore Valley, was the perfect choice for this young, stylish couple, creating the ideal atmosphere for their unforgettable celebration.
A Persian Sofreh Steeped in Tradition
One of the most special elements of Yasi and her wedding day was the Persian Sofreh, a central part of any traditional Persian wedding ceremony. For Yasi, incorporating her family heirlooms into the Sofreh was essential. These treasures—each piece holding deep personal significance—had been passed down through generations, and many had graced weddings before.
To highlight these heirlooms, we selected a crisp off-white fabric for the Sofreh spread, allowing the vibrant elements to stand out. From the mirror and candelabras to the honey and sweet dishes, each piece was carefully arranged, telling a story of heritage and love. Framed by a breathtaking arrangement of fresh flowers, the Sofreh became a true masterpiece, a beautiful tribute to the couple’s cultural roots and their family’s rich traditions.
An Enchanting Outdoor Ceremony Amidst the Vineyards

Following the ceremony, the celebration continued at Wente’s historic mission-style event center, where no detail was overlooked. The reception was designed to feel intimate yet luxurious, offering a perfect blend of classic charm and modern sophistication. Guests were delighted by the exceptional food, artfully paired with Wente Vineyards’ renowned wines, making the dining experience truly memorable.
As the night unfolded, dessert followed dessert—sweet treats, followed by tea and more indulgence, ensuring every guest had their fill of delectable delights. Meanwhile, the DJ’s expertly curated song selection kept the energy high, with everyone dancing late into the night. It was a celebration of love, joy, and unforgettable memories.
